If you supply or distribute obligated electronic products in or into Québec, you are required to be part of a product management program approved by the Government of Québec.

Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) Québec, manages a government-approved program that is established by manufacturers, retailers and other stakeholders to collect and responsibly recycle electronic waste.

The program is funded through Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs) that are applied on the cost of regulated products sold and distributed in or into the province, and are remitted to EPRA-Québec.

Businesses selling regulated electronic products can meet their obligations by joining the EPRA-Québec Program. Online registration is available.
