Registration is now open.

If you sell or distribute obligated electronic products in or into New Brunswick, you are required to be part of a product management program approved by the Government of New Brunswick.

Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) New Brunswick manages a government-approved program that is established by manufacturers, retailers and other stakeholders to collect and responsibly recycle electronic waste.

The program is funded through an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) that is charged on the sale and distribution of regulated products in or into the province, and remitted to EPRA New Brunswick.

Businesses selling regulated electronic products can meet their obligations by joining the New Brunswick program.

In addition to registering with EPRA, please note that brand owners are also required to register with Recycle New Brunswick.
